It's March: everything gets back to life. 365 days, twelve months and four seasons have followed each other during this long dance of the Earth around the sun. We waited impatiently to see the days getting longer, to smell fine scents in the air, to feel the warmth of the sun on our skin, to hear the sounds of nature that finally awakens.
Just look around you: it's all there, before our eyes. A show that takes place every year, yet it's always different. We will never have enough of this magic, because it can penetrate our soul and give us the strength to get back in the saddle of life. Because every spring is like starting from scratch, with the enthusiasm of new expectations, going towards known and less known destinations.
After all, the important thing is not where you go ... but that you keep going forward!
So let's get on our bike, the perfect companion for a journey to discover the season of rebirth. And off we go. The horizon stretches endlessly ahead of those who ride their bike, experiencing the thrill of discovery not only with the eyes, but also with their heart and muscles.
To celebrate our date with spring, comes a new saddle decorated by talented illustrators to bring out the magnificence, charm and landscapes of this special time of year: Ta+Too Landscape. This saddle is our tribute to all those wide-open views towards a timeless beauty that is waiting to be revealed!
Who is she?
Malika Favre is a French artist who lives in London. Her bold, minimalist style is a surprising lesson of the positive/negative use of space and colour. Her unique style earned her a place among the most sought-after graphic artists of the United Kingdom. Malika's clients include The New Yorker, Vogue, BAFTA, Sephora and Penguin Books, among others.
To illustrate her Ta+Too Landscape, Malika was inspired by the shape of the saddle itself. Its triangular shade is what inspired the Ballon design: she decided to create something fun and very "visual" for her saddle, something that hinted at freedom and travel.
