To benefit of the warranty, the User must complete the form available in the dedicated section of the website with all its personal Data and an accurate description of the product (model, purchase date, reseller and location) and its apparent flaws. The User shall also upload a picture of the defective product (1 MB max) and a picture of the date printed under the saddle. All the information are required and will be preliminary verified by Selle Royal before sending to the User all the instructions related to the restitution of the good, its reparation or substitution and reimbursement.
