Orders and Returns
Selleroyal.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Returns are free for all countries, and you can return all or part of your order if you bought multiple items.
All returned products must be complete with packaging, labels, manuals, and any other item included in the original package. Products must not have been damaged. If any of these conditions are violated, we may choose to refuse the return.
We can only accept purchases made directly from selleroyal.com. If you have purchased a Selle Royal product via a third party retailer, please reach out directly to them to arrange your return.
- Enter the e-mail address with which you made the purchase and the order number that you can find in the order confirmation.
- Select the items for which you want to request a return.
- Select the reason for return. Confirm return.
- An e-mail will be sent to you with the return label that must be attached to your package and proforma invoice that must be delivered together with the package to the DHL point or courier.
